This is a water-based serum that provide moisturizing and oil controlling effects by Vitamin b . it is a very true runny liquid which is very fast absorbing . It makes my skin appears well-moisturized and a little bit brighter but i don't see any oil control effect at all . Maybe , it's because Thailand is extremely hot and humid . This Serum is not outstanding but it's okay soso products . i should try another formula since they got 10 different one .
